Questions, answered

What counts as a reviewer?

Anyone who receives a personal review invite link. Reviewers are never counted toward your seat limit — they're unlimited on every plan.

What happens after the free trial?

Your account automatically moves to the Free plan. No charge, no cancellation needed. You keep your projects and files.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. Changes take effect immediately. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you're charged pro-rata for the remainder of the period.

Is there a per-reviewer cost?

Never. Reviewers are always unlimited, on every plan including Free.

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit and debit cards. Payments are handled securely via Stripe. Coming soon.

Can I add more team members than my plan includes?

Yes. You can purchase additional seats at €10/seat/month on any paid plan.

How does WeProof pricing compare to other tools?

Most review platforms charge per user or gate key features behind expensive tiers. WeProof Starter starts at €29/month with unlimited projects, reviewers, and rounds included. Comparable tools like Ziflow start at $249/month and PageProof charges per user.

Is my data stored in Europe?

Yes. All data is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt) via Vercel and Cloudflare R2. WeProof is GDPR compliant by design.

Can I use WeProof for video review?

Yes. WeProof supports all major video formats (MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, WebM and more), audio (MP3, WAV, AAC), images (JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP), and PDFs — all with native viewers and frame-accurate or timestamp-accurate annotations.

What happens to my files if I cancel?

If you cancel a paid plan, your account moves to the Free plan. Your projects and files remain accessible. You can export or delete your data at any time.
